Classroom will be undergoing a scheduled maintenance window from Friday, March 29 at 11pm PST to Saturday, March 30 at 2am PST. During this time, devices will not show as active in the interface.
This maintenance includes a required update for the Mac and Windows agents that will be installed without interrupting user activity. Once the maintenance window concludes, devices may take up to 2 hours after being turned on to check for and receive the update. Until the update is installed, devices will not show as active in Classroom. Where possible, we recommend turning on any devices with the Mac or Windows agents installed for a period of 2 hours after the maintenance window and before the start of classes.
