A new version of the Relay Classroom agent for macOS devices (version 1.6.9) is now available and must be re-installed on your devices. This new agent provides devices with automatic updates and the following features:
- Support for only monitoring devices connected to a school network (On Campus Only).
- Improved cross-network screen sharing.
- Improved student-status monitoring.
To download and re-install the agent, log in to Relay and navigate to the Settings > Software page. Click on the Classroom tab, then click Download ClassroomAgent.dmg. Open the .dmg installation file and follow the installer instructions as prompted.

Devices with macOS 10.14 (Mojave)
After installing the new agent, open a Safari and Chrome browser window then select OK when prompted.
